Refund & Return Policy

At HimiloHub.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of digital products and services, we have a strict refund policy to ensure fairness for both learners and the platform.

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the course has not been accessed, downloaded, or completed.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method (Stripe).
  • All refund requests must include your order number and a brief explanation.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If more than 7 days have passed since purchase.
  • If the course or service has already been accessed or completed.
  • For digital downloads, once the content has been delivered or viewed.
  • For one-on-one consulting sessions already completed or cancelled less than 24 hours before.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@himilohub.com with:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Order number or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds or credits under our discretion (e.g. technical issues or double payments).
